Per Serving (Approximate):

  • Calories: 200
  • Fat: 10 grams
  • Protein: 25 grams
  • Carbohydrates: 0 gram

Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets (approximately 6 ounces each)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter (or ghee) with the chopped parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Mix thoroughly.
  • Using a brush or spoon, evenly coat both sides of the cod fillets with the herb butter mixture.
  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced apart for even cooking.
  • Cook the cod for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until it becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Carefully remove the cooked fillets from the air fryer and serve hot. Enjoy!
