Per Serving (Approximate):

  • Calories: 350
  • Fat: 20 grams
  • Protein: 36 grams
  • Carbohydrates: 1 gram

Ingredients

  • 2 pork chops (approximately 8 ounces each), bone-in or boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon or whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or ghee
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mustard, melted butter (or ghee), minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • Using a brush or spoon, evenly coat both sides of the pork chops with the mustard mixture.
  • Arrange the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium doneness.
  • Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Enjoy!
